Here at LS EVENTS we ensure children are entertained throughout your party no matter how long, or how many children you have attend we can guarente that everyone will leave saying ‘THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST PARTY EVER’ .
With over 5 years experience we can ensure you’re in safe hands with a fully DBS party host. Your host will greet children on the mic and dedicate the party to the birthday boy/girl to make them feel extra important at there birthday party. Your party host will explain all the rules to each party games and of course we have more games than the usual musical chairs, statues and musical bumps. Each party is different and we adjust our parties on the interaction we get at the start of the party this might mean we change the order of some of our games to build up the energy from the children.

How does a standard 2 hour party look at LS EVENTS ?

A common time for a children’s party is 2pm-4pm we like to arrive 1 hour before the party however it does only take less than 30 minutes to set up a birthday party, and 30 minutes to pack down. The extra time at the start allows your party host to go through any extra details that you might not have mentioned on the original booking. such as when you would to sing happy birthday.
Now you have the venue and we are all set up and the party has started your host will introduce when the first party game will begin, however we try to make sure everyone has arrived so no one misses out . In-between the party games we play the latest chart hits that will suit the age of the party ensuring that even when there isn’t a party game the children can dance away with there friends to there favourite music.
During the first hour of the party we play a various amount of party games with different competitions such as dancing, singing, musical statues and dancing pairs, winners either receive a bag of sweets or a balloon sword or dog. we also teach the children how to do party dances such as the cha cha slide where your host will encourage parents to join in as well.
Coming up to half way through the party, this is normally the time where your host announces food brake time and turns the music down to background noise. Your host will re-start the party as soon as the majority off the children have finished eating and are back in the dance floor.
Party games will resume with the last game being a snow party with the children leaving tired but happy.

What’s Included?
We offer the latest sound and lighting technology that will suit many different venues. No venue too big no venue to small we have a set up to suit. You can choose from a white led star lit both or a black star lit booth. Included in the price our very own multi format DJ that knows how to read the room. We will play the songs you want either through a pre made playlist or through requests on the night. It’s important to know that here at LS Events you can have a meeting with us in person, either in the comfort of your own home or in a local café to go through a planning structure for your big day.

What to expect
Creating an atmosphere on the dance floor with floor filling lights and amazing quality of sound is what you will find here at LS EVENTS. To make sure your event runs smoothly we will take your guests request on the night as well as giving you the option to send over you favourite tracks that everyone will enjoy to make your evening more magical. You can even have your wedding DJ dedicate songs to your guests to add that extra touch.

How your big day runs is completely up to you here at LS EVENTS we can accommodate any request you may have from setting up early for your big day to announcing to bring people in for the cutting off the cake to make sure your day runs smoothly and hassle free.

Want to use microphones for speeches?
No problem this can be arranged with our team so we have the mics set up ready for use with direct instructions on how to use the mics. background music is also an option if needed we can create a wedding playlist for you to play during your wedding day without the hassle of you using you own phone for music.

Here at LS Events we have a small variety of bouncy castles at reasonable prices to hire.
Here at LS Events we ensure a fun and safe Environment for all little ones while using are bouncy castles. We follow the correct procedures on bouncy castles.

Just to name a few:

Bouncy castles are not to be used in winds speeds over 24mph.
Once it is dark bouncy castles are no longer safe, so they must be deflated!
Our bouncy castles are pegged down by all anchor points or sand bagged in village halls.
We ensure bouncy castles are tested and checked by our team before we leave our location of hire.
We go through safety instructions on arrival and you will be made aware when you have booked our bouncy castle service by email.

Our team at LS Events keep up with the cleaning maintenance on bouncy castles ensuring that they’re clean ready for use.

It is important to know that delivery and set up as well as pack down and collection of the bouncy castles are included in the price however, they may be additional costs for postcodes outside the travel distance included in your hire. How Does booking a bouncy castle work? Booking a bouncy castle is simple select the bouncy castle and the date you would like, then remember to put in your set up and collection time and we will do the rest. Oh and don’t forget to pay No “pay” means No “play”

How Does A Mascot Appearance Work?
Here at LS Events our mascot appearance’s operate either maned by our team or unmanned.

Unmanned
To hire the mascot you will need to collect the mascot from us and return the mascot within 2 days after the date you were boking for. If you chose to man the mascots yourself you have the option to create your own creations while in the mascot. Please make sure you read the policy for hiring the mascot before you book.

Would You Like Us To Man The Mascot For You?
For our team to man the mascot simply book your character and the duration for your visit. The more information you provide on your booking form will result in us making the visit extra special.

You can add extra time onto your booking and multiple mascots, we can accommodate for any requirements you have. We have many ways to deliver a mascot appearance depending on your occasion, so please specify your occasion on your boking form.

Our team have years of experience in mascots either at holiday parks or at other events such as children’s discos. We make sure we match the characters energy and characteristics to make the appearance as engaging as possible for both adults and children. We can create a pantomime theme appearance making your event one to talk about for years to come.
